The following Act was passed by Parliament on 21st March 2003 and assented to by the President on 25th March 2003:—

An Act to provide for making supplementary provision to meet additional expenditure for the financial year 1st April 2002 to 31st March 2003 (both dates inclusive).

Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Supply (FY 2002) Act 2003.

Supply $693,901,090 and $106,000,000

2.—(1) A further sum of $693,901,090, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 2002 (Act 1 of 2002) and the Supplementary Supply (FY 2002) Act 2002 (Act 42 of 2002), is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 2002 to 31st March 2003 (both dates inclusive).

(2) A further sum of $106,000,000, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 2002 and the Supplementary Supply (FY 2002) Act 2002, is hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2002 to 31st March 2003 (both dates inclusive).

(3) The sums specified in subsections (1) and (2) are hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
