The following Act was passed by Parliament on 12th March 2010 and assented to by the President on 22nd March 2010:—
Supplementary Supply (FY 2009) Act 2010

An Act to provide for making supplementary provision to meet additional expenditure for the financial year 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010.
Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows:
Short title
1.  This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Supply (FY 2009) Act 2010.
Supplementary supply from Consolidated Fund
2.—(1)  A further sum of $717,933,300, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 2009 (Act 11 of 2009), is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010.
(2)  The sum specified in subsection (1) is hereby appropriated for the several Heads of Expenditure for the public service specified in the Schedule.
Supplementary supply from Development Fund
3.—(1)  A further sum of $1,741,368,800, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 2009, is hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010.
(2)  The sum specified in subsection (1) is hereby appropriated for development purposes under the several Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
