| An Act to amend the Science Council of Singapore Act (Chapter 318 of the Revised Edition). |
| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: — |
| Short title |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Science Council of Singapore (Amendment) Act, 1972. |
| Amendment of section 13 |
2. Subsection (1) of section 13 of the Science Council of Singapore Act is hereby amended —

| Amendment of section 14 |
| 3. Subsection (1) of section 14 of the Science Council of Singapore Act is hereby amended by deleting the word “December” appearing in the last line thereof and substituting therefor the word “March”. |
| Operation |
| 4. The amendments introduced by sections 2 and 3 of this Act shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of January 1969. |
