| An Act to repeal the Admiralty Waters Ordinance (Chapter 72 of the 1955 Revised Edition). |
| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: — |
| Short title and commencement |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Admiralty Waters (Repeal) Act, 1971, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of November 1971. |
| Repeal |
| 2. The Admiralty Waters Ordinance is hereby repealed. |
