| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: — |
| Short title |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Redundancy Payments Fund (Amendment) Act, 1971. |
| Amendment of section 2 |
2. Section 2 of the Redundancy Payments Fund Act is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (a) of the definition of “redundancy payment” appearing therein and substituting therefor the following: —
