An Act to amend the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955.
Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows:
Short title and commencement
1.  This Act is the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2024 and comes into operation on 21 October 2024.
Amendment of section 1
2.  In the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955, in section 1, replace subsection (2) with —
“(2)  This Act continues in force for a period of 5 years starting on 21 October 2024.”.
