| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: — |
| Short title |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Public Authorities Protection (Cessation) Act, 1967. |
| Cessation |
| 2. The Public Authorities Protection Ordinance, 1948 (M. Ord. 19 of 1948), shall cease to apply to Singapore. |
