| An Ordinance to amend the Criminal Procedure Code (Chapter 132 of the Revised Edition). |
| Be it enacted by the Yang di-Pertuan Negara with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Singapore, as follows: — |
| Short title |
| 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 1961. |
| Amendment of section 94 |
| 2. Section 94 of the Criminal Procedure Code is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word “Queen” appearing in the sixth line thereof the expression “or of any Local Force”. |
