An Act to amend the Legitimacy Ordinance (Chapter 42 of the Revised Edition). |
Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: — |
Short title |
1. This Act may be cited as the Legitimacy (Amendment) Act, 1966. |
Amendment of section 3 |
2. Section 3 of the Legitimacy Ordinance is hereby amended —

3. Section 4 of the Legitimacy Ordinance is hereby amended —

Miscellaneous amendments |
4. The following sections of the Legitimacy Ordinance are hereby amended by deleting the words “the Colony” wherever they appear therein and substituting therefor the word “Singapore”: —
