| An Act to amend the Statutory Boards (Taxable Services) Act (Chapter 149 of the Revised Edition). |
| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: |
| Short title |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Statutory Boards (Taxable Services) (Amendment) Act 1983. |
| Amendment of section 3 |
| 2. Section 3(1A) of the Statutory Boards (Taxable Services) Act is amended by deleting the words “twenty per cent” and substituting the words “fifty per cent”. |
