| An Act to amend the Criminal Justice (Temporary Provisions) Ordinance (Chapter 13l of the Revised Edition). |
| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows:— |
| Short title |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Temporary Provisions) (Amendment) Act, 1967. |
| Amendment of section 7 |
| 2. Section 7 of the Criminal Justice (Temporary Provisions) Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the word “Where” appearing in the first line thereof and substituting therefor the words “Notwithstanding anything contained in the Criminal Procedure Code relating to bail, where”. |
