| An Act to amend the Arms Offences Act, 1973 (No. 61 of 1973). |
| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: — |
| Short title |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Arms Offences (Amendment) Act, 1977. |
| Amendment of section 10 |
| 2. Section 10 of the Arms Offences Act, 1973, is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word “Singapore” appearing in the fourth line of paragraph (a) thereof the expression “when such member is carrying any arm in, or in connection with, the performance of his duty”. |
