| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows:— |
| Short title |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Amendment No. 2) Act, 1967. |
| Amendment of section 368 |
| 2. Section 368 of the Criminal Procedure Code is hereby amended by deleting the words “fifty dollars and in default of payment to imprisonment for a term which may extend to two months unless such fine is sooner paid” appearing therein and substituting therefor the words “five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment”. |
