An Act to amend the Constitution of Singapore. |
Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: — |
Short title |
1. This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment No. 2) Act, 1968. |
Amendment of Article 55 |
2. Clause (1) of Article 55 of the Constitution of Singapore is hereby amended —

Amendment of Article 60 |
3. Clause (3) of Article 60 of the Constitution of Singapore is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word “under” appearing in the second line thereof, the expression “section 13 of the Singapore Citizenship Ordinance, 1957, or”. |
Amendment of Article 63 |
4. Clause (2) of Article 63 of the Constitution of Singapore is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word “members” appearing in the last line thereof, the words “chosen from a panel to be”. |
Amendment of Article 66 |
5. Article 66 of the Constitution of Singapore is hereby amended —
