| An Act to amend the Planning Act (Chapter 279 of the Revised Edition). |
| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: — |
| Short title and commencement |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Planning (Amendment) Act, 1975, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint. |
| Amendment of section 9 |
| 2. Subsection (7) of section 9 of the Planning Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word “thereunder” appearing in the third line thereof the words “which may limit the period for which the permission was granted and which may provide”. |
| Amendment of section 29 |
3. Subsection (1) of section 29 of the Planning Act is hereby amended —
