| An Act to amend the Trustees Act (Chapter 337 of the 1985 Revised Edition). |
| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: |
| Short title |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Trustees (Amendment) Act 1989. |
| Amendment of section 4 |
2. Section 4(1) of the Trustees Act is amended by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (e) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:
