| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: — |
| Short title |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Amendment) Act, 1966. |
| Amendment of section 37 |
| 2. Subsection (2) of section 37 of the Income Tax Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the word “other” appearing in sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (c) thereof. |
