| An Act to provide for the issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sums necessary to meet the estimated expenditure for the financial year 1st April 1990 to 31st March 1991. |
| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: |
| Short title and commencement |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 1990 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1990. |
| Supply $7,511,972,950 |
| 2. A sum not exceeding $7,511,972,950 is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 1990 to 31st March 1991 and that sum is hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule. |
