| Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows: — |
| Short title |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) (Amendment) Act, 1970. |
| Amendment of section 4 |
| 2. Section 4 of the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act, 1968, is hereby amended by deleting the word “President” appearing in the first line thereof and substituting therefor the word “Minister”. |
