The Port of Singapore Authority has declared —
(1)the wharves, piers and jetties belonging to Gatx Terminals (Pte) Ltd situated in the area specified in Part I of the Schedule; and
(2)the jetty at Pulau Tekukor belonging to the Port of Singapore Authority situated in the area specified in Part II of the Schedule,
as landing places for dangerous goods.
