Port of Singapore Authority (Composition of Offences) Regulations

Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Port of Singapore Authority (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
Composition
2.  Any of the offences specified in —
(a)Part I of the Schedule may be compounded for a sum not exceeding $500; and
(b)Part II of the Schedule may be compounded for a sum not exceeding $100.
