| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Security) (Consolidation) Notification. |
| Classes of entertainments |
| 2. The Minister has prescribed the classes of entertainments set out in the first column of the Schedule to be entertainments in respect of which the Licensing Officer may before issuing a licence require an applicant for the licence to give security subject to the limits set out in the second column of the Schedule. |
