| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Broadcasting (Composition of Offences) Regulations. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. The offences referred to in regulations 4, 5(3), 5(5) and (7), 10, 12, 15, 17(1), and (2), 19(1), 20, 21, 22, 23(1), 25, 26, 27(1) and (4), 28(1) and (2), 30, 31(1), 32(2) and (3), 34 and 35 of the Broadcasting (Television and Radio Licensing) Regulations (Rg 1) may be compounded by the Authority in accordance with section 57(1) of the Act. |
