| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy Penalty) Notification. |
| Levy penalty |
| 2. For the purpose of section 11(5) of the Act, the penalty under section 11(4) of the Act for any unpaid levy shall be calculated at the rate of 2% per month of the amount of levy outstanding. [G.N. No. S 341/2007] |
