Pursuant to rule 3 of the Animals and Birds (Dog Licensing and Control) Rules, [R 1] the Director of Primary Production has designated —

(a)	the Dog Control Section at 40 Kim Chuan Road, Singapore 1953, for the registration of all dogs above 3 months of age, and for the issue of annual licences for such dogs; and
(b)	all post offices for the renewal of annual dog licences.
