| Citation |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Veterinary Fees) Rules. |
| Fees |
| 2. The fees set out in the Schedule shall be payable to the Director of Primary Production in respect of the matters set out therein. |
| Exemption |
| 3. The Minister may, in his discretion, exempt any person from the payment of the fees or part thereof prescribed by these Rules. |
