| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Certification Mark) (No. 3) Notification. |
| Certification Mark |
| 2. The International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) Mark (defined under the International Standards on Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM 15)) set out in the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Authority for the export of wood packaging materials. |
