| Citation |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Air Navigation (Composition of Offences) Rules. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. Any offence under rule 6(5), 7(6), 8(4), 13, 17(5)(a), 18(5)(b) or 20(2) of the Air Navigation (Aviation Security) Order (O 5) may be compounded by the Minister or any officer authorised in that behalf by the Minister in accordance with section 28A of the Act. |
