Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Building Control (Exemption from Independence of Structural Engineer) Notification.
Exemption
2.  Section 29(1) of the Act shall not apply to any building owned by —
(a)the Housing and Development Board;
(b)the Land Transport Authority of Singapore; or
(c)the Port of Singapore Authority.
