| 1. This Order may be cited as the Betting and Sweepstakes Duties (Sports Betting Duty — Variation of Rate) Order. |

| 2. For the purposes of section 4(2) of the Act, the Minister hereby prescribes the rate of duty to be 25% of the gross betting profit of the exempt organisation in respect of any betting at fixed odds it promotes in connection with any particular football game or sporting event. |
