| Citation |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Boundaries and Survey Maps Rules. |
| Service of notices |
| 2. Notices under sections 30, 31, 35(1), 42(1) and 43 of the Boundaries and Survey Maps Act shall be served by delivering the notice to the person named therein. If service cannot be effected in the manner prescribed, the notice shall be posted on a conspicuous part of the land referred to therein. |
