Citation

1. These Rules may be cited as the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Copyright Fees) Rules.

Definition

2. In these Rules, “map” includes a map, plan, print, tracing or photograph.

Fees for reproduction of maps where copyright vested in Singapore Land Authority

3.—(1) Fees for the reproduction of any map or part thereof or extract therefrom, the copyright of which is vested in the Singapore Land Authority, shall be calculated and charged in accordance with the Table set out in the Schedule and shall be payable by the person to whom permission has been given to reproduce the map.

(2) Where the number of copies or the actual area to be mapped falls between the figures shown in the Table set out in the Schedule, fees shall be calculated on the basis of the next higher figure or figures.
