| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Customs (Fuel Tank — Minimum Amount) Order. |
| Motor vehicle leaving Singapore to carry motor spirit not less than ¾ of fuel tank |
| 2. The minimum amount of motor spirit in the fuel supply tank of a motor vehicle referred to in section 136A(1) of the Act shall be three-quarters of the total capacity of the fuel supply tank. [S 196/2008 wef 04/04/2008] |
