Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Cattle (Licence Fees) Regulations.

Fees

2.—(1) The fee for a licence, granted under section 4 of the Act, shall be as follows:

For a licence for —

(a)	up to 15 head of cattle

$30 per annum;

(b)	16 to 50 head of cattle

…

$75 per annum;

(c)	more than 50 head of cattle

…

$150 per annum.

(2) The fee payable for a licence issued after 30th June in any year shall not be more than half the rate set out in paragraph (1).

No refund of fees

3. The fee paid for a licence shall not be refunded upon the revocation or suspension of the licence.
