| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Charities (Fees) Regulations. |
| Fees |
| 2. There shall be payable to the Commissioner for Charities in respect of the matters set out in the first column of the Schedule the fees set out opposite thereto in the second column thereof. |
| Waiver of fees |
| 3. The Commissioner may, in his discretion, waive, reduce or remit wholly or in part any fee payable under these Regulations. |
