| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Competition (Fees) Regulations. |
| Fees |
| 2. The fees payable to the Commission are as specified in the Schedule. |
| Refunds |
| 3. The Commission may, where it considers appropriate, refund the whole or part of any fee specified in the Schedule. |
