The Minister for the Environment has appointed —

(a)	the Engineers, the Chemists, the Laboratory Technicians, the Technical Officers and the Technicians of the Pollution Control Department; and
(b)	the Commissioner of Public Health, the Deputy Commissioners of Public Health, the Assistant Commissioners of Public Health, the Public Health Engineers, the Public Health Inspectors and the Assistant Public Health Inspectors of the Environmental Public Health Division,

of the Ministry of the Environment to be authorised officers for the purposes of the Act.
