Citation
1.    This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Non-S. League Football Matches Gaming — Exemption) Notification.
Exemption
2.—(1)  Singapore Pools (Private) Limited and its officers and authorised agents are hereby exempted from the provisions of the Act in respect of the promotion, organisation and operation of any gaming in connection with any football match in Singapore if —
(a)the football match is organised, sanctioned in writing or hosted by the Football Association of Singapore; and
(b)the gaming takes place at such premises as may be approved by the Minister.
(2)  For the purpose of this Notification, “football match” does not include any S. League football match.
