Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Singapore Pools (Private) Ltd. — Exemption) Notification.
Exemption in respect of certain public lotteries
2.  Singapore Pools (Private) Ltd. and its members, officers and authorised agents are exempted from the provisions of the Act in respect of the public lotteries known as —
(a)Singapore Big Sweep Draw;
(b)Toto Games Draw; and
(c)4-Digit Numbers Games Draw,
conducted under the control or supervision of the company at such premises as may be approved by the Minister.
