Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Bukit Turf Club — Exemption) Notification.

Exemption in respect of certain public lotteries

2. Bukit Turf Club and its members and officers are exempted from the provisions of the Act in respect of the public lotteries known as —

(a)	Unlimited Sweep Draw;
(b)	4-Digit Numbers Forecast Tote Draw,

conducted under the control or supervision of the Club at such premises as may be approved by the Minister.
