| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Prescribed Age to Withdraw Minimum Sum) Notification. |

| 2. For the purposes of subsections (7) and (7A) of section 15 of the Act, the age of 60 years referred to in those subsections shall be 62 years. [G.N. No. S 650/98] |
