Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) Order

Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) Order.
Fees
2.—(1)  The fees set out in the Schedule shall be leviable in respect of the matters or things done in the execution of his office by a diplomatic or consular officer.
(2)  Such fees shall be in the equivalent local currency of the country to which such officer is accredited.
Remission of fees
3.  The Minister may, in his discretion, remit wholly or in part, and either generally or in any particular case or class of cases, any fee set out in the Schedule.
