The Minister for Finance has directed —

(a)

that an account within the Developmental Investment Fund, called —

(i)	the Cluster Development Fund 1 Account, be established on 8th May 2001; and [S 3/2003 — 2.1.2003]
(ii)	the Cluster Development Fund 2 Account, be established on 17th November 2000, [S 4/2003 — 2.1.2003]

comprising moneys in the Fund allocated in support of promising new enterprises and regionalisation of local industries; and

(b)

that the following Cluster Development Fund Accounts be placed under the control, supervision and management of the Minister for Trade and Industry:

(i)	Cluster Development Fund 1 Account; and [S 3/2003 — 2.1.2003]
(ii)	Cluster Development Fund 2 Account. [S 4/2003 — 2.1.2003]
