The Minister for Finance has directed —
(a)that an account within the Developmental Investment Fund, called the Regional Investment Fund Account, be established on 6th May 2002, comprising moneys in the Fund in support of the overseas ventures of small businesses and the nurturing of entrepreneurs in Singapore; and
(b)that the Regional Investment Fund Account be placed under the control, supervision and management of the Minister for Trade and Industry.
