Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Extradition (International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism) Notification.

Application of Part II of Extradition Act to Convention countries

2.—(1) For the purposes of the extradition of persons accused of or convicted of a relevant offence of any Convention country specified in the Schedule, Part II of the Extradition Act shall apply in relation to that Convention country subject to section 33(6) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Cap. 325).

(2) In this paragraph, “Convention country” and “relevant offence” have the meanings given to those expressions in section 33(8) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act.
