| Citation |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Extradition (Application for Warrant) Rules. |

| 2. An application to a Magistrate under section 23(1)(b) of the Act for the issue of a warrant for the apprehension of a fugitive who is, or is suspected of being, in or on his way to Singapore shall be in writing in accordance with the Form set out in the Schedule. |
