| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Electricity (Electricity Transmission Licence) (Exemption) Order. |
| Exemption from section 6 (1) (b) of Act |
2. Section 6(1)(b) of the Act shall not apply to PSA Corporation Ltd in respect of the transmission of electricity from its premises set out in the first column of the Schedule to the premises of the company set out in the second column thereof, subject to the following conditions:
