| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection and Management (Fees for Licences) Regulations. |
| Fees |
| 2. The fees set out in the second column of the Schedule in respect of the matters set out in the first column thereof shall be payable to the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources. |
