Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Certification Marks) (Consolidation) Notification

1. This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Certification Marks) (Consolidation) Notification.

2.—(1) The PSB ISO 14000 Certification Mark set out in Part I of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 28th May 1996.

(2) The PSB ISO 9000 Certification Mark set out in Part II of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 19th August 1996.

(3) The CIDB-PSB ISO 9000 Certification Mark set out in Part III of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 16th September 1996.

(4) The NCB-PSB ISO 9000 IT Certification Mark set out in Part IV of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 15th October 1996.

(5) The Singapore Quality Mark set out in Part V of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 23rd May 1997.

(6) The PSB Test Mark set out in Part VI of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 23rd May 1997.

(7) The People Developer Mark set out in Part VII of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 11th December 1997.

(8) The Singapore Quality Award Mark set out in Part VIII of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 27th June 1995.

(9) The Singapore Quality Class Mark set out in Part IX of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 16th July 1997.

(10) The CREST (Critical Enabling Skills Training) Mark set out in Part X of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 3rd November 1998.
