PART I

PRELIMINARY

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing Regulations.

Definitions

2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —

“authorised officer” means an officer of the Board appointed in writing to be an authorised officer for the purposes of these Regulations;

“holder of a licence” means a holder of a valid licence issued under Part II or III;

“Register” means the Electrical Workers’ Register or the Electrical Contractors’ Register, as the case may be.
